The customer support is actually pretty bad... but it's not really their fault so much as it's Nexon's fault for not giving them a greater deal of control and options to deal with situations. Most of the time they just throw Maplepoints at problems rather than actually solve problems because most of the time they simply don't have the ability to solve them.
Despite losing 3 AP trying to HP wash when AP resets no longer reset hp/mp (and the description has not been updated) and not receiving the black heaven box because I logged in a week and a half early (after being inactive for over a year), the tickets I sent in regards to these issues were responded to promptly.
As much as I am unlucky, I can't help but give thanks to Nexon's customer support for improving a ton over the years! (I've been playing since 2007, the introduction of Mardia.)I remember a friend who got hacked and it took 2 months to get a Cheap MapleStory Mesos ticket through. Now most tickets are answered within 24-48 hours, and at the very worst case a week.
I have been a 1Hsword+shield Fighter/Crusader/Hero from the start, because I like the classic look of sword and shield. I feel it would be very sad for the game to lose that.Secondaries can't be scrolled because the shield's stats are supposed to make up for the higher attack on 2h weapons when compared to 1h (of the same level/set), and the higher damage multiplier of 2h weapons. The secondaries were only introduced to balance the "number of potable equips" between 1h and 2h users, which purpose they serve well as they are.
